About Event
ELitFest is an enriching two-day event designed to celebrate and promote arts and literature within the state. This year’s festival, themed EXPRESSION, will feature a diverse range of activities, including performances, literary workshops, film screening, and competitions, alongside art/cultural exhibitions and community engagement initiatives. ELitFest is the first of its kind in Enugu State, and it is targeted at keeping the literary culture in Enugu State alive. This festival is the brainchild of the Enugu Literary Society (ELS) whose mission is to promote and sustain a literary and media culture in the Eastern Nigerian heartland of Enugu and to support the creation of similar societies all over the south east in particular and Nigeria in general.
