Shibuya fest was inspired by the need to create and or emulate our passions and interests. We focused more on the anime community because we see how much art and creative power it harnesses. From the underground animator to the Mangaka(comic writer) we have a community filled with so much talent it felt needed to organize such an event. Not just to expose this talents but also to inspire more people to find their own creative outlets
